Having limited window light is unfortunately too typical of New York apartments. Tastefully placing plants around the house won’t do - after even just a few days our pots are filled with parched looking weeds.
Our remedy? A plant shelf…tasteful, practical, and filling the only 2x2 square foot area of any constant daylight in our three room Brooklyn railroad.
